I am an Operational Quality Manager in a multinational company where I manage operational quality issues related to our Lubricant production plants in relation to the IATF 16949 standard requirements. I lead Plant Quality Committees. I manage the temporary industrialization process under abnormal operating conditions. With a multidisciplinary team, I develop FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Criticality Analysis), the Product-Process link. I support the Climate team in their certification process for the publication and comparison of environmental footprints and carbon balances using the Eco-Smart tool. I contribute to the improvement of the Quality Management System in conjunction with various internal and external stakeholders. I am proficient in quality standards, tools, and methods, problem-solving methods, project management, the 8D method, product safety, and chemical product classification rules based on GHS, plant piloting and operations, Lean methodology, among others.
