Sergio Álvarez

I am Sergio Álvarez, an Audiovisual communicator with experience in television and radio.

I trained in Image, Sound, and Audiovisual Projects and Spectacles Production in Film and Television at the CES School. Since then, I have developed my career in various areas of the sector.

I started as a camera operator at MARCA TV and later was an assistant director at VIRTUAL MEDIA PRODUCCIONES for the web series Los Hermanos Correa (known for La Hora de José Mota). In 2015, I joined Trece TV, where I continue to work as an editor and post-producer. I am responsible for the direction and editing of promos and programs of different genres, from socio-religious programming, news, commercials, and other audiovisual content.

I also perform directing duties on the shoots of some promos, ensuring that the creative vision is captured from recording to final editing.

Additionally, I collaborate as an editor and post-producer at Ábside Media Producciones, where I participate in specific projects for programs and documentaries for various clients, ensuring a professional and narrative finish in line with each production.

I also have radio experience. For several seasons, I have hosted the program Vivir de Cine on Radio Intereconomía, where I analyze current film events.
