Serge Segarini

My professional background and especially my return to studies at 50 years old have allowed me to improve my skills and access the position of Methods Engineer Consultant.

The missions carried out, from May 2013 to the end of December 2024, at SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC in Carros within the Methods/Operations department, led me to work on several production transfer projects as a Board Project Manager and Product/Process Manager.

I adapted to the different client needs. Thanks to my technical skills ("hard skills") and personal skills ("soft skills") acquired throughout my professional career, I actively contributed to the success of the projects and my activities. This work was carried out through sharing and the constant pursuit of good results with true business experts.

Openness to others, listening and diplomacy, enthusiasm and determination, team spirit and a taste for success, methods and organization, leadership and benevolence, all these qualities combined with my results have allowed me to be esteemed and recognized as a reliable and trustworthy professional.

Furthermore, my commitment since November 2020 as a Lecturer at IUT Nice Cote d'Azur to 2nd-year BUT QLIO (Quality, Industrial Logistics and Organization) students has allowed me to live one of my passions, namely, the transfer of knowledge and support for entering the business world.
