Since 2005, I have been assisting companies, training organizations, CFAs, and higher education institutions with their needs in accounting, finance, payroll, management control, and business software.

My services include training, auditing, financial diagnostics, dashboard development, general and analytical accounting, budget management, treasury, payroll, and software support.

I provide training on Sage, EBP, SILAE Payroll, Odoo Accounting, Cegid, DEXT, Excel, and Microsoft Office, using a practical approach based on case studies, exercises, training materials, and professional simulations.

My added value: a dual expertise in the field and in pedagogy, making accounting, financial, and software topics clear, reliable, and immediately applicable.

Worked within a group of ambulance companies generating approximately €9 million in revenue, with 20 administrative employees and nearly 60 drivers.

In a context of reorganization due to changes in CNAM convention rules, I supported management in structuring the group's financial, administrative, and operational management.

My responsibilities included implementing and training on accounting using Sage Coala and then EBP, administrative management, payroll monitoring, scheduling, and activity flow management.

I also contributed to setting up analytical and forecasting management control: budget monitoring, reporting to the president, dashboards, cost analysis, treasury management, and decision support.

As part of the IT system modernization, I participated in analyzing needs related to vehicle fleet management, driver tracking, and the study of implementing a CRM solution.

Finally, I assisted management during a period of cash flow tension: negotiating with suppliers, rescheduling payments, recovering €150,000 in cash, and participating in the refinancing application with the Crédit Mutuel risk department.

This experience allowed me to consolidate a very operational approach to management control, reporting, crisis management, and training teams on management tools.

Consultant-trainer at DATACEP – Altran Group, on ERP/CRM, back-office, and information system projects.

Involved in SAP and Siebel, user training, procedure formalization, tool adoption support, and back-office process optimization.

Participated in the creation of a CRM division, bid responses, and the design of an information system for a strategic entity of La Poste in personal financial services.

This experience strengthened my expertise in user support, business software training, and understanding IT processes.
