Led strategic development of the hybrid of Digital Bank and Remitter including Digital Business Strategy, Go-to-Market, Accounts, Cards, Payments, re-designing Client and Customer Experience, built new development centre for mobile app and back-end development. Managed business, operations, partners and development in UK/Europe, DIFC in UAE, Africa, USA, Canada. Responsible for P&L and achieved double-digit 11-12% revenue growth. Reported to Board and investors.

Enabling the launch of new card products for HNWI, pre-configured structured notes products. International expansion to new client geographies. Negotiated new terms with cards processor saving £1.25m/year.
