The company is based at 7 impasse des Buis, in Montélimar. In the past, it has provided services in the design and production of building permit plans for various stakeholders in the construction industry.

2) SERVICES: ENERGY INFORMATION AND ECO-HOUSING ADVICE.

a) Application of RT2012 regulations in new construction: the consumption limit applies to the 5 energy uses that can be influenced from the design stage of a construction: Heating, domestic hot water, ventilation and heating auxiliaries, lighting (via natural light), and air conditioning.

b) The design office carries out:

 Bioclimatic design, namely:

 Design and construction of the inhabited envelope

 Climate and environment of the construction site

 Occupants' lifestyle.

 Regulatory thermal study and calculation of the building's energy needs to dimension the 5 energy uses.

c) Design and production of plans:

• Plans for: New housing and renovation of existing homes.

• Submission of building permit plans and RT 2012 regulatory notices, Bbio (Conventional bioclimatic need) for Heating, cooling, and lighting needs, and Tic (Conventional indoor temperature).

d) Services:

 Site visits, measurements, and photography.

 Preliminary projects: development of a plan (scale: 1/100) according to the client's request and RT 2012 thermal regulations, or BEPOS 2020.

 Plans: (scales: 1/50, 1/200, 1/10)

 Floor plans, site plans, location plans.

 Technical details, construction details.

 Sections of different parts of a building.
