Between scientific innovation and value creation in biotech, I support the transformation of concepts into credible assets for the pharmaceutical industry and investors.

Throughout my career, I have designed and developed drug candidates in demanding environments, with an approach that integrates industrial and market expectations from the outset. This approach contributed to a €5M VC funding round for my latest biotech, as well as two drug candidates reaching the clinical stage.

I work across the entire preclinical value chain:

• Drug design: conception and optimization of drug candidates

• In silico: modeling and predictions

• In vitro: cellular models (primary, cell lines, screening, microfluidics)

• In vivo: murine models and studies on large animals with spontaneous pathologies, in addition to experimental models

• Preclinical structuring: robust and actionable study plans

• Industrialization: anticipation of CMC constraints and transposition to development/production-compatible processes

• Valuation: alignment with the expectations of pharmaceutical companies and investors

• Data room: structuring of data and deliverables for due diligence

• Clinical preparation: trial design and power calculations

• Biotech ecosystem: network of CROs, suppliers, incubators, and partners to structure and accelerate the development of a biotech

Skills are partially transferable to other therapeutic areas.
