Missions:

- Automotive Sector (ETI): Value Stream Mapping (VSM) from price inquiry to manufacturing order to assess the causes of lead time issues. Determination of processes, information flows, value creation, and problem areas. (Coupled with GPEC Diagnosis in collaboration)

- Metallurgy Sector (SME): *Study of flows and space management to consider a more industrial reorganization and improve performance. Analysis of space utilization (inventory, work-in-progress...), optimization (5S workshop, 3 bins of unnecessary stock removed after 1 day of intervention), redesign of spaces and standardization.

- Printing Sector (VSE): Identification of areas for improvement to save time. Financial analysis, process analysis, "5S" workshop, and recommendations.

° Education Sector Startup: coaching in optimizing its development. Support in defining the Business Model and organizing the priority steps of the Business Plan in Project Mode. Challenge of the BM and BP.

° SAHELIA S.A.: aims to connect African producers and the agri-food industry by offering natural and organic products with high nutritional value.
