I have always been convinced that one of the main assets of any organization is its human capital, and this must be at the center of concerns.

> A social law lawyer by training, with 15 years of experience in HR departments, from CAC40 companies (BNP Paribas Personal Finance and Cardif) to mid-sized companies (Micromania) and hyper-growth startups (Les Agences de Papa).

> I have held positions as a Lawyer, Head of Social Relations, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and finally HR Director.

> Since March 2023, I have created an HR Consulting - Recruitment and Coaching firm
