At this congress, I was the Booth Captain for Servier Monde, and my mission was to manage the Servier booth in its entirety. I verified during setup that everything was in order and that the orders placed by the client were present. During the exhibition, I was on-site to resolve any issues that might arise, and I had a hostess assisting me to welcome clients. Finally, during dismantling, I had to ensure that everything was properly packed and that nothing was missing.

I was responsible for stock at the WEF (World Economic Forum). I had to ensure that all merchandise was present and distribute it correctly to the various carpenters, stagehands, etc. I made sure the stock was well-managed and that everything was delivered and assembled on time.

I was in charge of events at trade shows such as E-Commerce, Aeronautics, Milipol (a show for all professionals in internal security and safety of states), ADF (Congress of Dentists of France), and many other exhibitions. My responsibilities included managing up to 80 hostesses for the larger shows. We had to welcome the general public, the press, and VIPs, ensure the smooth running of the event, and meet all the client's needs.
