Work on projects in the infrastructure and tertiary sectors, both for temporary and permanent structures. Ensures the liaison between the drawing team and key stakeholders in order to deliver design concepts via 3D models and 2D plans on time. Production of high-quality design documents, including plans and sketches, using Revit and AutoCAD, in accordance with established protocols and procedures. Creation of conceptual drawings. Simultaneous management of multiple drawing projects.

Grand Paris Project – BIM (Lines 15, 16 and 17 of the automatic metro) Automation of driving and centralization of commands. Global project: 68 new stations in Paris and the suburbs. Responsible for BIM modeling for 55 electrical substations, track equipment and cable trays necessary for the proper functioning of automated trains. Use of BIM tools and processes to support and deliver small to large-scale projects: Revit, AutoCAD, BIM Collab, Navisworks, BIMSYNC… Documentation and details under Revit. Intervention on several stations in the same day: meetings on Teams for conflict management and model updates, maintenance of the BIM log, compliance form, preparation and verification of sheets before export and sending of BIM models. Creation of Revit templates and parametric families; establishment of an electrical equipment library. Design of cable trays in the technical rooms of the various stations (Revit MEP). Drafting of operating procedures for ongoing projects. Analysis of BIM requirements and implementation of adapted protocols. Production of precise plans and recording systems according to internal/external specifications and standards. Maintenance of technical standards in accordance with contractual obligations. Coordination with external stakeholders and clients. Management of trade models: implementation, monitoring and maintenance. Participation in the detection and resolution of design conflicts (clashes). Compilation, execution and analysis of clashes on federated models (RIC models). Participation in coordination meetings with designers and stakeholders to review models and data.

Assignments in architecture and technical drawing Use of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit…) to create detailed architectural plans: floor plans, sections, elevations and construction details. Integration of modifications requested by project managers or members of the design team. Ensuring compliance with building standards, regulations in force and industry standards in all designs. Conducting site visits to take measurements, assess existing conditions and verify the feasibility of designs. Collaboration with other drafters and designers to ensure the consistent integration of civil and architectural elements. Organized management of project files, in digital and physical form. Clear and effective communication with team members, clients and contractors to ensure proper understanding and faithful realization of design intentions. Development of precise architectural designs using AutoCAD, Revit and other specialized software. Interaction with clients and stakeholders to fully understand the architectural specifications. Review and update of execution plans to ensure their compliance with building codes. Participation in the preparation of technical specifications and cost estimates.
