• Design and organize training, workshops, and coaching sessions.

• Prepare and present a weekly status update (with analysis and recommendations).

• Define recommendations and promote performance improvements for optimal implementation on site with managers and partners.

• Share all relevant lessons learned (REX) with the health and safety community and AMDS management.

• Expert contact for business divisions to define priorities and solutions.

• Improve health and safety strategy, objectives, and expectations.

Acted as HSE Project Manager for SOITEC on an industrial site extension project in operation

• Safety induction for new arrivals.

• Validation of operating procedures
