I was working as a freelance Tech Lead at Total Energies' Digital Factory.
Joined in October 2021 as a fullstack developer before having the opportunity to become a tech lead in September 2024, following my successes on various projects. I learned the Agile methodology with its rituals here. I also discovered collaboration with other teams and information sharing within internal conferences. I worked on "business critical" projects with significant financial stakes.
As a fullstack developer, I primarily worked with the following languages: React, Angular, Java SpringBoot, Nest JS, Azure, AWS, SQL, Mongo DB.
Now, as a tech lead, I have complemented my communication skills, both technical with architectures to find the best solution, and business with the product owner, product manager, DTO.
After a Master's degree in Embedded Systems, I quickly transitioned to an IT Engineer position. I worked for 4 years in a startup specializing in logistics, industrial systems, and scheduling. As the first employee, over time, beyond technical skills, I also developed skills in project management, communication, and team management. When I left, I was the technical referent for a team of 8 people. During this experience, I collaborated with companies such as Chanel, LVMH, and Lactalis, acting as the direct contact.
I have worked with numerous technologies in various domains, including Back-end, Front-end, and Data.
I then transitioned to a freelance career.

The project involves managing the schedules of trucks arriving at the refinery, with the goal of maximizing the daily number of trucks to increase yields. The technical stack is Java SpringBoot, Angular 18, Azure, and an SQL database.Following an initial site where the solution was deployed in May 2024, a change of tech lead was agreed upon to prepare for deployment at the largest refinery in France. I obtained this position due to my motivation, the expertise I had previously demonstrated, and my successes in various projects.I immediately initiated major changes by restructuring the entire technical architecture, the code structure, and the database schema to make the solution deployable for this new site with increased performance. I discussed these various topics with experts within Total Energies, where I presented my solutions. I succeeded in bringing the rest of the team on board to explain all these changes and the added value they brought.As a tech lead, I am responsible for code quality, motivating and supporting my team members in this direction. I also have a vision of development schedules and deadlines.We deployed the solution with numerous improvements to the new production site in May 2025, with great success that we are proud of. In total, over 30 people use the application daily across two production sites. In terms of value, we went from loading 80 trucks per day to over 120, representing significant financial gains.I continue to emphasize code quality, while remaining attentive to my team and considering their opinions. Following this success, it was decided to extend the solution's deployment for several months to a new site in Germany.
