— French open data platform: SIRENE (40M+ entities), DVF, DPE — Parquet/DuckDB datalake and public Next.js explorer.

— SaaS products delivered to real clients (dashboards, CRM, authentication).

— All underlying infrastructure: Docker on VPS, WireGuard network, PostgreSQL/Redis, Prometheus/Grafana monitoring, encrypted backups.
