Objective: Dematerialize documents within the bank

Integration of a third-party software editor's API into the IT system, enabling the reading and control of dematerialized documents (OCR)

Implementation of a "turnkey" solution allowing all of the Bank's business processes to connect to the solution and customize control points

Guarantor of the application's functional consistency

6 customer journeys connected to the solution in 2 years

Implementation of daily monitoring of API activity

Writing user stories, participation in agile rituals, facilitating MOA testing

Objective: Agile Coaching & Team Tooling

Dissemination of Agile/Scrum best practices, facilitation of ceremonies, and continuous improvement: team of 7 people (Paris and Lille)
