Selim was very professional in his approach from the start of his mission. It is not always easy to make your employees understand that changes are necessary when the results are not good; Selim had the ideal speech and approach so that our employees would not balk and would immediately be involved in the changes to come. The first results are very satisfactory: - Improved working methods; - The tools put in place allow for efficiency gains; - The action plan put in place is followed; - A cohesion found within the teams.
