OBJECTIVE: Reinforcement on the SAB application, information system for banking operations and payment methods. APPROACH - Product Owner within the E-Banking squad, responsible for the centralized management of digital interfaces for the 4 Overseas banks, subsidiaries of BNP Paribas - Management of institutional websites, mobile applications, and employee interfaces - Management of digital communications (internal and client communications) - Writing of needs expressions, functional specifications, and user stories - Support for acceptance campaigns (organization, monitoring, business validation) - RUN and evolution management, backlog prioritization, and monitoring of business requests - Transverse coordination between business teams, IT, and group stakeholders in a multi-entity context - Anomaly management (qualification, prioritization, follow-up of corrections) and level 1 / level 2 application support - Management of testing, integration, and go-live phases, with user support - Functional administration of SAB modules (Your Portal, YPC, YPA, etc.)

OBJECTIVE • Lead the validation phases of the project to deploy the new TINA application, a SaaS application from the publisher TrialScope, to replace the Topaz application (ArisGlobal) which allowed the disclosure of clinical study results to the public (regulatory obligation). APPROACH • Contribute to the project scoping and define the validation plan • Apply the test strategy and prepare SIT (System Integration Tests) and UAT tests • Coordinate test execution and version deployment • Produce activity reports for the client and the delivery service management (progress, decisions, planning, risks, alerts, hard points, arbitration requests) • Participate in the weekly project committees of the delivery service

OBJECTIVE: Join the development teams as a Product Owner to assist in the management of Chanel projects. Initiate retro-specification work to ensure the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the implemented solutions. Prevent non-regression of solutions by formalizing the necessary test deliverables. Study the feasibility of test automation on the Staff Scheduling project. APPROACH Writing and monitoring of product backlogs. Management of bug and evolution tickets for both solutions. Production of sprint monitoring reports and other deliverables. Supervision of development teams and organization of agile ceremonies. Reporting of bugs and creation of acceptance test plans. Writing detailed functional specifications.
