As the CFO of the association, my role is to implement the financial strategy, as well as the development of the provisional budget, the implementation of financial management and cash management tools, monitoring processes, fundraising, preparation and monitoring of grant and sponsorship applications, administrative management, accounting closing (General Ledger, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet)

Alongside the general director as a member of the Board and then RAF, I actively participated in the structuring of the association and the development of the development strategy. I thus implemented a financial strategy with cash flow and budget monitoring tools, as well as invoicing, and financial, administrative, and HR processes.
