Actress and trainer, I sought to make theater a tool for well-being and self-confidence, particularly in the workplace. An essential place for interaction and self-construction.
Let's not be afraid to use the creativity and originality of theater to reflect on ourselves, on others, and also on our way of being and acting in the professional context.
Theater allows us to address a multitude of challenges and parameters that enter our lives daily: pressure, stress, lack of self-confidence, fear of the group, etc.
Also, with my interventions, I support each person, according to their abilities and skills, to better know and evaluate themselves in both professional and personal contexts.
My training also allows for shared group time to de-dramatize and approach the world of work differently: moments of relaxation and laughter, letting go, improvisations, team-building, etc.
Finally, my interventions also teach how to express oneself and communicate, which is fundamental when facing stressful situations or conflicts at work and in life. Theater, indeed, boosts participants' self-confidence and expression skills.
