I managed the delivery of projects related to customer contracts and communications, coordinating with functional, development, automation, production, and management teams. My role covered delivery planning, tracking multiple versions in parallel across four environments, securing production deployments, incident monitoring, and coordinating corrective actions.

I also implemented Jira and Confluence to replace scattered tracking via Excel and email, designed workflows, centralized information, created dashboards, and supported teams in adopting new operating methods.

This assignment allowed me to strengthen my expertise in multi-stakeholder coordination, process improvement, reporting, facilitating management rituals, and operational reliability.

Creation and management of an independent business from A to Z, with complete management of operations, activity monitoring, and customer relations.

I oversee the entire operational chain: procurement, inventory management, production, e-commerce, logistics, financial tracking, marketing, and sales across multiple channels. I implemented my own management tools to track orders, inventory, revenue, costs, margins, and business profitability.

This experience has strengthened my sense of ownership, my ability to structure a business, prioritize, test rapidly, monitor performance, and manage multiple subjects in parallel with autonomy.

Contribution to the management of a customer data transformation program at Société Générale.

I was involved in budget monitoring, resource allocation, planning, and the progress tracking of about ten long-term projects. I also prepared materials for Steering Committees and Project Committees, consolidating figures, monitoring indicators, and decision-making support elements for program management.

I produced dashboards and indicators to compare budget consumption with actual project progress, in order to quickly identify discrepancies, areas of concern, and adjustment needs.

Furthermore, I developed VBA automations to improve the reliability of certain checks, detect inconsistencies in tracking files, and accelerate the preparation of test and reporting documents.
