Mission: Fullstack co-design and development of an event engine for recording, simulating, and replaying real or simulated operational scenarios. The objective was to provide a hybrid simulation environment for engineers working on GRIFFON vehicles.

I worked in a team on the frontend part (Angular), specifically on libraries (NPM) of widgets containing control components, charts (Chart.js), mapping (OSM), 3D widgets (Three.js), and a Web Worker.

I worked on the C# backend part, using TDD with Pair Review.

I served as Scrum Master (20% of the time). In this capacity, I implemented the methodology, defined the board structure, established routines (sprint launches, daily meetings, and sprint retrospectives), and trained the team on Scrum best practices.
