Terrena is a cooperative of farmers, rooted in the West of France and the parent company of an agri-food group. With 20,117 member farmers and 12,366 employees, Terrena is one of the major players in agriculture and agri-food in France with a turnover in 2022 of over 5 billion euros.

Within the SUPPORT team, I held the position of Application Manager and Developer, and I was responsible for the evolution and operational maintenance of about forty applications.

I performed the following tasks:

- Unipass TMA on the company's main management tool

- Monitoring of monthly and daily processes

- CRM support, legal follow-up, DMS, specific applications

- Studies for the evolution of a DMS and ticket tracking solution

- ETL and BI maintenance and development

- Support for data flows between group entities

I joined the Circular X team at the beginning of the project, when technical choices were not yet finalized, and I participated in setting up the infrastructure, analyzing functional requirements, and designing the application.

On my scale, I enabled the company to emerge and convince major retail chains to use the application. It now has about thirty employees.

During my one-year mission, I was able to integrate a large number of features and structuring elements on both the back and front end. (Authentication, mailing, reporting, purchasing process, stock...)

Founded in 2000 in Mortagne-sur-Sèvre (85), Cogelec is a group revolutionizing access control. I joined the Cogelec team in Mortagnes as a PHP developer for the maintenance and evolution of their intranet management tool. I contributed to the company's performance, with a turnover increase of 27.5% in 2021.

I was able to deepen my skills in XML/XSLT and integrate into a team managed by a dynamic project manager. Development, both front and back, required good skills in SQL query optimization, especially for reporting.
