RTE for the ALTO Wealth & Distribution SAFe train, I am supporting the 60 employees on this new journey.

SUPPORTING CHANGE: I lead the transformation team that assists teams in the transformation and assimilation of this new working framework. I onboard new joiners and support key roles like PM/PO/SM and development teams. I define the SAFe implementation roadmap with the team and support continuous improvement.

MAKING THIS TRAIN A COMPANY PILOT: First SAFe or Agile experience for the members of this train. We lay the foundations together, experiment, and adapt. We evolve the scope of the teams and the number of teams.

RESULTS ACHIEVED:

- A train on track by PI4 for teams new to agility and scaled agility

- A 2-day in-person PI Planning (instead of 1 day)

- 100% of stakeholders present at key ceremonies: PI Planning, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt

- In-person problem-solving workshops with volunteers

- Measured adoption of the SAFe framework with feedback considered after each PI end

- Scope and team evolutions within less than one PI

Implementation of the SAFe framework / Definition of the SAFe roadmap

Coaching of teams / RTE for the business market train and RTE for a joint train with EDF

SPC, SAFe transformation manager, and LACE manager:

- Implementation of the SAFe framework and fundamentals

- Definition and application of the SAFe Roadmap 2022 and 2023

- Formation and animation of the LACE

- Coaching of key roles RTE/PM/SA/SM

RTE:

- RTE for the Business Market train (4 FT, 40 people, 6 PI) and RTE for a joint train with EDF (4 PI)

- "STE" during the Datanumia PI Planning with 3 trains and 4 Agile teams (all 150 company employees, including the executive committee)

Results achieved:

- 3 trains aligned in "solution" mode

- A common SAFe working framework

- Improved PI Planning preparation

- Better predictability

- Effective synchronization of teams and trains

- Stakeholders more comfortable in their SAFe roles

Implementation of the SAFe Framework / RTE for the Document Management train (70 people, 8 PI) then RTE for the Savings train (120 people, 7 PI)

RTE:

- Support for SA/PM and SM/PO in backlog preparation

- Coordination and animation of PI Planning

- PI monitoring and execution

- Synchronization (Scrum of Scrum, POSync, ARTSync)

- Coordination and animation of System Demos

- Implementation and animation of Inspect & Adapt

LACE member, training, coaching:

- Participation in the strategy for implementing and deploying the SAFe Framework for retail banking

- Coaching of RTEs and trains

- Awareness raising for teams on the SAFe framework

- Facilitation of a SAFe® Agilist training: 7 participants certified

Results achieved:

- First train in Retail Banking with a mix of Feature Teams and Business Squads

- Reduction in cycle times

- Improvement in delivery quality

- Sustained momentum after 7 PI's

- Handover between 2 RTEs
