Within the headquarters, administer the PCs, servers, and switches of the 5 nursing homes and other dependencies managed by the association.

=> Areas of intervention: Lille (Portes des Postes and St Maurice-Pellevoisin), Roubaix, Lomme, Capinghem, Boulogne and Marquise.

=> Manage, deploy, and maintain the 240 PCs

=> Operate the Office 365 administration console

=> Administer the 18 Windows servers (Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2)

=> Administer the 2 Linux servers (Debian 12) and the 2 Synology NAS

=> Administer the 150 CISCO AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9 WiFi access points managed via 2 AIR-CT3504-K9 controllers

=> Administer the 29 CISCO Catalyst switches (WS-C2960, WS-C3850)

✒ Set up, troubleshoot, and manage PCs connected to analyzers at the ISBERGUES Research Center (87 PCs).

✒ Administer Active Directory and the 92 HP 2530 switches on the production side.

✒ Manage new projects (Implementation of Python, Implementation of a documentation server [Node.js], Domain joining of 3 KUBUNTU virtual machines...).

✒ Assist/advise researchers during analyzer renewal (IT side).

✒ Operate ACRONIS (Backup/restore of production PCs).

✒ Operate WithSecure (profile management, exceptions, and updates).

✒ Operate FORTINET firewalls (FortiGate FG100F).

✒ Set up and maintain ZEBRA thermal printers (3 GK420t and 4 ZT230).

✒ Support production network technicians (142 PCs).

✒ Support office network technician (approx. 400 PCs).

MISSION: Install and administer two servers (CentOS/NEXTCLOUD & CentOS/ALFRESCO Community) and create user guides for the applications. Train users.

=> Via an OVH offer, set up a CentOS VPS hosting an ALFRESCO server.

=> At the store, set up a CentOS server hosting NEXTCLOUD and data, as well as a MAGEIA server (Backups).

=> PC administration via TeamViewer

=> On client PCs, Norton antivirus management

=> On servers, ClamAV management
