Full ownership of the data layer for a proprietary ERP serving a national network of associations.

Migration & Integration:

Design and implementation of automated migration pipelines (Python + SQL Server) — ingestion of heterogeneous CSV/Excel files from legacy ERPs, transformation and mapping to the target schema, automatic integrity validation, optimized batch insertion with memory load management on the query optimizer. Client switchover time: 5 to 30 minutes depending on volume.

Geospatial Visualization:

Development of a custom interactive mapping web tool (Leaflet, OpenStreetMap) — CSV/Excel upload, configurable representation (clustering, auto-adapted legend for variable type, multi-column tooltips). Fully autonomous deployment for non-technical users.

Real-time commercial fishing fleet tracking platform (European waters) — team of 15+ backend contributors, 3-5 frontend.

Architecture & Design:

Full ownership of the transformation layer: gathering client functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications, designing the multi-level architecture (Bronze → Silver → Silver+). Documented and justified modeling decisions — deliberate denormalization to avoid JOIN overhead on geospatial queries, one-shot calculation of trajectories on immutable data, batch stamping for selective replay from Bronze in case of failure.

Implementation:

Python/SQLAlchemy pipeline processing 6-7 million historical positions in initial migration, then 1,400 positions every 15 minutes in continuous mode. Transformation of raw GPS points into segments [T-1 → T] then into expeditions (SCD) — output consumed directly by the frontend API service. Detection of port presence via PostGIS intersection with pre-calculated Voronoi geometries (5km radius) combined with a speed threshold (<0.1 knots). Systematic intersection verification with regulatory zones for each created segment.

Design and delivery of Data Mining and Power BI modules for apprentices in RNCP level 7 training (Expert in IT Engineering).

Translates complex technical concepts into applied and accessible content for non-specialist profiles — strengthens the ability to bridge technical depth and operational clarity.
