- INCO.ORGAgile Coaching + UX / UI Design + Front-End Angular DevelopmentJuly 2020 - October 2020 (3 months)This mission for the Melissa association, which helps refugees in Greece, involved coaching a team located in Greece to create an MVP in a very short time (1.5 months) for an educational application for refugees. The application aims to integrate beneficiaries into their training program, clarify the courses they need to follow, broadcast the association's values, and disseminate informative content in a simple and effective way.My main tasks were:
- Coaching a team of 4 people located in Greece
- UI / UX Design
- Front-end Angular development of an application in Angular 10
Technically, I proposed starting with a monorepo architecture based on the NX framework, which allowed for both front-ends (for the administration page and the user application) on the same codebase, thus easily sharing resources (interfaces, API call functions...)We also tested the Nebular component framework, which provides a uniform appearance and allows for easily adaptable theming. Finally, I produced a design that standardized the web application and provided a direction for future developments, particularly for the mobile application.
