In 9 years of freelance activity, I have created over a hundred simple WordPress sites, WordPress multisite, and WooCommerce sites.
In most cases, I managed the projects from graphic design to the implementation of the functional site, including integration and development, coordinating external service providers when needed for specific requirements (especially in development).

→ Since March 2017, the banking group BPCE (Banque Populaire, Caisse d'Epargne) has created its Digital Factory, 89c3, dedicated to the digital acceleration of the banking group. BPCE wished to completely overhaul the web platform of its Digital Factory 89c3.com. As such, I was brought in as an external WordPress expert and front-end developer.
My role in the project consisted of designing the functional architecture of WordPress that would achieve the Product Owner's objectives. To do this, I particularly steered the project towards a WordPress Multisite, a "master sub-site", a system for creating sites on the fly & on the front-end, advanced use of ACF including front-end editing of drag-and-drop modules, and automatic JSON synchronization allowing for real versioning across development, pre-production, and production environments.

BPCE absolutely wanted to use WordPress to create this complex platform. We are 4 developers, a product owner, and a scrum master, working in SCRUM/Agile across three different cities, with continuous integration.
