The main users of TerraceMetrics are schools and companies concerned with solving the challenges associated with the study of behavioral sciences.

TerraceMetrics counts prestigious institutions among its partners, such as Goodwall (http://goodwall.io/), Cincinnati Public Schools, and GrantUsHope (https://grantushope.org/).

During this assignment, I first contributed to stabilizing the existing platform while implementing critical features for its users.

Secondly, I contributed to a strategic and progressive platform migration by proposing and leading various discovery workshops, leveraging the AWS ecosystem to achieve this.

Agicap is one of the largest European leaders in treasury management. This company has over 6000 European SMEs among its clients who manage their business through its treasury solution.

During this assignment, I contributed to the creation of the payment product line, which allowed Agicap to increase its conversion rate by facilitating the payment process for its clients.

I had the chance to work with multidisciplinary and highly mature teams on topics such as Domain Driven Design and Test Driven Development.

Thanks to these methodologies, Agicap has been able to continuously deliver an evolving product with zero bugs.

Cdiscount is one of the largest French e-commerce players.

This large group has nearly 2000 employees and generated a turnover of over 2 billion euros in 2021.

During this assignment, I supported several product teams responsible for the launch of Octopia, a B2B SaaS marketplace solution.

Whether for logistics, fulfillment, catalog, or customer reference data, my contribution has enabled the supported teams to gain maturity in various aspects of product design, including:

- Building the vision and pre-design phases through discovery workshops such as event storming, example mapping, impact mapping, and story mapping with various stakeholders (product and tech teams). This helped to strengthen the understanding of the vision, align implementations with needs, and reduce the risk of communication silos, characteristic of large, highly hierarchical groups.

- Real technical support for the teams on their own delivery challenges, by applying development best practices, a logical consequence of the previous workshops (tactical DDD, BDD, TDD, Clean Code, Clean Architecture).

- Training teams when necessary, particularly on topics such as Clean Code, TDD, refactoring, and Clean Architecture. These training sessions lasted several days and included practical exercises with mob programming.
