I support companies in transforming social and environmental issues into strategic opportunities, guiding them through each step of the double materiality exercise, among other things. This exercise, the first step in constructing the sustainability report required by the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), is essential for aligning their strategy with stakeholder expectations and emerging regulations.

My support begins with an in-depth analysis of the company's impacts on its ecosystem (environmental and social), as well as the risks and opportunities that external issues (climate, biodiversity, inequalities, etc.) pose to its business model. This phase helps identify strategic priorities and define transformation pathways.

Next, I assist companies in structuring their purpose and CSR commitments, helping them integrate the results of the double materiality assessment into their long-term vision. This includes revising business models to make them more resilient, sustainable, and aligned with regulatory requirements (CSRD, duty of vigilance, European Taxonomy, etc.).

I also offer tailored training to raise awareness and equip management and operational teams, so they can take ownership of these issues and translate them into concrete actions. Finally, I support them in transparently and impactfully communicating their commitments, ensuring their approach is credible, measurable, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
