You are a director or operational manager and you feel you are losing control:

I intervene as senior operational support to help you regain control of your organization, during phases of growth, reorganization or transformation.

Concretely, I will help you to:

- make your activity readable (flows, priorities, blocking points),

- make it controllable (simple indicators, easier decision-making),

- make it fluid (organization, roles, team coordination).

My approach

I always start from the ground, with your teams.

I analyze the actual functioning, I discuss with the operational staff, and I identify the friction points as they are experienced on a daily basis.

Solutions are built and implemented with the teams, so that they are understood, appropriated, and truly applied.

The objective is twofold:

- produce quick results,

- while laying solid and lasting foundations, without creating external dependency.
