Led the architecture/integration department responsible for the Risk & Finance scope

• Operational monitoring and coaching of architects and integrators within the department on project, evolution/run activities

Led the APO division teams representing 30 FTEs, a stakeholder in the OPERASIONS program aimed at rationalizing the application landscape for operations business units. Managed IT development teams interfacing with AFD GEO, SDD business entities, and the Proparco subsidiary.

Managed a division of 40 FTEs responsible for cross-functional applications in alignment with the IT Strategic Orientation Plan (POSI).

• Supervised strategic project portfolios: integration of the Expertise France subsidiary, new Austerlitz headquarters, Digital Services Platform (PSN).

• Managed business relations and conflict resolution (notable improvement in relations with the Real Estate & Logistics Management business).

• Supported and supervised the 4 department managers within the division.

• Transferred skills and onboarded internal successor.

• Represented the CIO at integration seminars and contributed to annual performance reviews.
