Infrastructure redesign project, implementation of DRP / BCP, ERP change project and production launch of new tools. Throughout the project milestones, regardless of the methodology used (V-cycle, agile), I ensured constant communication to all stakeholders, from risk identification to compliance with deadlines and schedules.

The provision of dashboards (Office suite) is also part of my responsibilities, reappropriation but also design of performance indicators.

Based on my experience in transition management or team management, the quality of deliverables (process, procedure, UAT, VABE) has always been an important element in the virtuous circle of continuous improvement. Whether it is to reduce processing times, ensure the quality perceived by customers or the complete review of processes.
