I am supporting the IT and Marketing departments of the Barrière Group in the redesign of the employee collaboration tool used across all 27 French casinos in the group.
This new web application (in C# and .Net) introduces a new interface as well as new uses, as mobile phone usage is now possible.
From studying the existing system to setting up a schedule and monitoring the product's development, I am constantly in contact with stakeholders: from users to internal project managers, the UI/UX expert, and of course the developers.
Regular demonstrations allow us to maintain contact with a sample of group employees to involve them in this great project, but above all to gather their feedback, specific needs, and points of frustration.
I also support the Data team in implementing a new product that allows certain managers in casinos to manage their slot machine mix.
