Organized a team-building event to raise awareness of climate change among the E-Commerce teams of the ACCOR hotel group.

Defined the need with the client, organized, and co-created the most suitable agenda to achieve the client's objectives.

Format proposed: Climate Workout, a great program that allows teams to experience CSR with a smile.

Through tailor-made cohesion activities to help the client embody their CSR and encourage their employees to take action. Nothing less.

I support companies from startups to large corporations in their transformation challenges and in implementing sustainable strategies.

To do this, I use awareness-raising through various tools like fresques and other workshops.

After leading the Qualiopi certification project for my previous consulting firm, I also provide training to companies & higher education institutions in Impact Innovation (Lean Startup, Sustainability Business Model Canvas, etc.).

Finally, my consulting activity, which draws on my 15+ years of project management experience, allows me to support CSR and Innovation Directors in their various projects (change management, business model, product, service innovation...) to strengthen impact!
