CONTEXT:

CMB committed through the "Horizon" program to a global overhaul of its Business Processes and Tools. The program aims to switch from the old Azqore-S2i system to Avaloq. The entire technical and functional architecture, as well as satellites, are affected by this major change.

ROLE AND ACTIVITIES:

✓ Support for Regulatory Reporting Streams (IFRS, COREP, FINREP on WKFS) & Finance Accounting

✓ Active participation in the Analyze & Design phase and Avaloq Workshops

✓ Ensure proper consideration of business needs and completeness of Avaloq "Module Concept Document"

✓ Review of Business Processes and analysis of existing sourcing (Prometeia, Sopra) to secure target data sourcing

CONTEXT:

Project manager for the migration of the accounting ERP, the Procurement solution, and the review of Anaplan models for Management Control. Integration and migration project of S4/HANA, COUPA, and ANAPLAN solutions in an international context (14 countries) for the financial department of AXA's IT (over 3000 employees, €1.3M costs).

ROLE AND ACTIVITIES:

✓ Restructuring of a critical program

✓ Mobilization of stakeholders and definition of roles and responsibilities

✓ Definition of the program strategy and organization

✓ Implementation and operational steering

✓ Facilitation of steering committees and presentations to the Executive Committee

✓ Close contact with the CFO-Sponsor

✓ Steering of functional streams and definition of target Business processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, Assets, etc.)

✓ Migration to SAP4HANA public cloud, Coupa, and Anaplan

✓ Definition of the target and interface architecture

✓ Definition and steering of cross-functional streams (Integration, Change Management, Data by Design, etc.)

✓ Business Case review

✓ Definition of the project plan and execution of the roll-out

CONTEXT:

Due to the client's matrix organization and the growing need for revenue and cost monitoring, it was decided to equip the financial department and the Group's general management with an EPM tool to manage its activity (Revenue and Costs) across all entities (cross Business lines and cross Country). Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, directed the IT Management Control project for the deployment of ABC economic models.

ROLE AND ACTIVITIES:

✓ Define and deploy ABC cost models across all LoBs/Regions

✓ Facilitate and participate in various workshops to ensure the positioning and interests of group Finance

✓ Manage the project and ensure deadlines are met

✓ Write functional specifications

✓ Testing and acceptance

✓ Propose concrete tools and levers for cost management

✓ Support local Management Control CFOs in integrating the new cost tracking method

✓ Ensure change management and user training

✓ Act as a liaison between business units, the software vendor, and IT
