My name is Sébastien Codet, part-time CFO and External CFO. After 6 years in auditing on deals up to 1 billion euros in revenue, I took over the financial management of the WEBCO Group — from scratch — and managed it for 7 years under LBO: 8 companies, 300 employees, €20 million in revenue, 6 acquisitions in 2 years.
