Management of "satellite" projects related to the Intralogistics project:

• Propose technical solutions to meet needs and improve service delivery to E-Commerce and/or Retail customers.
• Define the technical and financial feasibility of the proposed solution.
• Manage relationships with various suppliers and, where applicable, participate in their selection.
• Be responsible for the deployment schedule and associated budget.
• Lead the operational deployment of the project, respecting the schedule and in alignment with the entire program.
• Define performance indicators to measure the performance of the selected technical solution.
