As part of the strategic One Workplace program at AXA, I led a major digital transformation aimed at deploying a global workstation based on Windows Edition and Intune (Cloud Manager). Objective: to unify IT environments internationally, simplify usage, strengthen employee autonomy, and anticipate technological obsolescence.

As Product Owner, I defined the roadmap, prioritized needs, and coordinated stakeholders. In parallel, my role as Program Manager allowed me to oversee the deployment in 5 regions (France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Asia), covering over 30,000 users.

I led the migration to a cloud-first environment, modernized SCCM infrastructures to Intune, facilitated the adoption of Windows 11, and integrated AI solutions like Microsoft Copilot to automate recurring tasks, optimize collaborative processes, and improve user experience.

I manage a team of 5 specialized engineers, in Agile mode (Scrum), with incremental deliveries and cross-functional committees ensuring project visibility. I implemented a comprehensive change management system: training, interactive support, digital guides.

On the budget side, I identified optimization levers on obsolete infrastructures. Results include global adoption, cost reduction, workflow simplification, better employee autonomy, and increased stakeholder satisfaction. The integration of Microsoft Copilot proved to be a powerful catalyst for accelerating digital transformation and strengthening business value.

At Société Générale, I led the modernization of collaborative infrastructures as Product Owner and Project Manager, within a strategic IT transformation context. Two major areas: the deployment of the M365 offering (SharePoint Online, Yammer, Stream) to improve collaboration for 90,000 employees, and the migration of the SharePoint 2013 farm to 2016 on an SQL Always On architecture, ensuring resilience and service continuity.

I defined the product roadmap, prioritized business and technical needs, and coordinated stakeholders. I led a multidisciplinary team (5 engineers in France, 2 in Bangalore), in Agile/Kanban mode, managing tasks via Jira and leading weekly steering committees.

Key actions included:

Launching M365 with a catalog of collaborative services tailored to business needs.

Implementing an SQL Always On infrastructure to ensure high availability of critical databases.

Automating migrations via PowerShell, reducing timelines and risks.

Close collaboration with DBAs to secure and optimize SQL environments.

Structured change management: workshops, training materials, business validation.

I also identified risks related to volume and service interruptions, and implemented robust mitigation plans. The creation of a migration factory in India reduced operational costs by 40% while meeting deadlines.

Results: successful migration without interruption, increased adoption of collaborative tools (+30%), improved productivity, and harmonization of work environments within a secure and resilient framework.

As part of the strategic Workspace 2020 program (budget of €220M), I supported BNP Paribas in transforming its work environments, as Product Owner and Program Manager. The objective: to modernize IT infrastructures, improve collaboration, ensure compliance, and guarantee service resilience.

I defined infrastructure models adapted to local entities (simple, medium, complex), including solutions like SCCM and EPO for critical environments. I led the migration from Domino to Exchange for 80,000 users in Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as the replacement of IBM Sametime with Skype for Business, enhancing real-time communication.

I oversaw deployments for the Fortis (20k), BGL (4k), and BDDF (40k) subsidiaries, led technical workshops, and presented architectures in strategic committees. A structured change management system was implemented: Quick Start sessions, e-learning training, practical guides.

In coordination with local teams and suppliers, I ensured the integration of new infrastructures into complex environments, while managing dependencies with other strategic programs (AD, cybersecurity). I monitored KPIs to ensure service continuity and led steering committees to ensure visibility and resolve critical issues.

Results: successful adoption of the WS2020 model in the Belgian and Luxembourg entities, improved collaboration, reduced costs related to obsolete infrastructures, and increased user satisfaction through centralized and resilient management.
