My approach to technology comes from playing live electronic music. Behind every performance, there's a precisely programmed framework: playback and clicks synchronized to the beat, while lighting, visuals, and the mixing console react to the right moment via timecode and MIDI simultaneously. A single trigger starts an entire chain — next scene, console, lighting, and loop at the same time, in the exact order, without anything faltering. I use this exact thinking in processes and automation in software development today.

I've built what this looks like with Flowgigs — a web app our band (GbR) uses to handle all its organization. Everything used to be coordinated manually; now everyone quickly sees the information they need, and it updates automatically as soon as something changes. Notifications run through the channels already in use — Telegram or email — no additional tool that no one opens.
