Responsible for the monthly and annual accounting closing of the group's companies in France, USA, and Japan (Purchases, sales, fixed assets, inventory, provisions, and accruals; bank reconciliations, monitoring and management of payables and receivables, treasury, and taxation in coordination with the different management companies in each country). Control and monitoring of the group's various inventories. Supervisor of the accounting for the company in Spain. Consolidate and report to financial management the financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) of all group companies. Monitoring and calculation of product margins, sales agent commissions, and intercompany recharges. Responsible for the external audit process.

Preparation of monthly and annual income statements. Fixed asset monitoring. Management of reserves and invoicing, payments and collections, cash, personnel (contracts, payroll, training, vacations, leaves, occupational risks). Relationship and negotiation with banking entities. Treasury plan. Preparation and transfer of data to the management company.

Accounting closings (monthly and annual reporting to the parent company) and preparation of financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet). Management of payables, receivables, treasury, and personnel (payroll, hiring, training, vacations, occupational risks). Preparation of tax information for transfer to the management company. Responsible for the external audit process. Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, analysis and comments on monthly deviations of actual vs. budgeted. Preparation of reports with relevant indicators for the subsidiary's commercial management (sales, transport rate, customer complaints). Preparation of KPIs and facilitation of the weekly 5' meeting. Responsible for IT processes (EDI implementation, information system improvement, participation in the update and migration of the Navision ERP).
