At DataShift, I assist our clients in defining and implementing high-impact Data & AI projects. My role covers the entire transformation cycle. I primarily work in the financial services (banking, insurance) and public sectors, combining technical expertise, business vision, and a pragmatic approach to accelerate value creation around data.

Working with clients to support the development of structured data management & analytics strategies to foster an understanding of their business challenges in the light of bespoke data management & analytics solutions

• Participating in the design and implementation of data management & analytics solutions considering both theoretical and practical aspects of the possible approaches under a variety of technical, business and time constraints

• Perform stakeholder management at all levels to ensure a strong alignment between the representatives of the client and our project team.

• Keeping functional, analytical and technical skills up-to-date and sharing knowledge with the broader team to facilitate their professional growth

• Communicating the outcomes of analyses, recommendations, and insights to various audiences, from Top Management (C-Level) to technical teams

• Supporting with go-to-market offerings, proposals, articles and growing the practice

• Acting as a coach to multiple more Junior resources within the company

• Recruiting activities for up to Senior management level
