• Develop and maintain customer-facing CRM functionality using React, TypeScript, C#, PHP, Node.js, SQL, DynamoDB and AWS, supporting key workflows from customer interaction through to data storage.

• Implemented a custom titles feature requested by customers, consolidating duplicated title logic across multiple React, TypeScript and C# codebases into a single source of truth. This enabled customers to apply custom titles to leads consistently across the platform.

• Updated the login authentication flow to check whether customers had a valid payment card on file, redirecting accounts with payment issues to a soft-suspension page before allowing them access to the FLG CRM. This helped protect recurring revenue for the business.

• Implemented stronger password enforcement during customer login, improving account security and reducing the risk of customer accounts being compromised.

• Contributed to a major refactoring project migrating existing PHP code to C# with clean architecture principles, reviewing code changes, improving maintainability and supporting long term system scalability.

• Participated in technical discussions with stakeholders for upcoming CRM features, including recent work on upgrading the SMS editor and storing phone numbers in an international standardised format; helping clarify requirements, expectations and delivery timelines.

• Developed and maintained web scrapers using PHP, Python, Selenium and Zend Framework to identify infringing links across websites and social media platforms, supporting takedown activity for rights holders such as Sky and BT.

• Used Python and Selenium to mimic real user behaviour and extract infringing content from challenging websites that detected automated scrapers.

• Processed large IPTV playlists efficiently and reduced system botlenecks through bulk MySQL inserts and ensuring code was focused on sending playlist links for takedown enforcement quickly.

• Took ownership of scraper monitoring during high-profile events such as the Olympics, ensuring systems remained operational, reporting issues directly to the CEO, providing performance metrics, reviewing scraper updates related to the Olympics and training junior developers on scraper system maintenance.

• Completed freelance projects for clients in the US and France, including Google Calendar API tools, Chrome extensions and browser scraping proof-of-concepts, helping clients reduce manual work and improve existing websites and tools.

• Built solutions using Python, JavaScript, PHP, MATLAB and API integrations for data extraction, browser automation, mathematical modelling and web functionality, with positive client feedback for communication, collaboration and problem solving.
