Saskia Ilsen Nunn

• Managing team of 10-13 employees based in Hungary responsible for assignment and permanent relocation programmes including payroll (300 employees per year), business traveller and programme management (55.000 trips per year) and all cross-border working.

• Global process owner for global mobility processes (and associated training and development) across the Tetra Laval Group with 8 additional dotted line reports in this role.

• One of the youngest managers in the company (26.000 employees), receiving multiple awards for providing outstanding client service delivery and exceeding personal objectives every performance year.

• Responsible for first class delivery of assignment and relocation programmes.

• Responsible for continuous improvement of all mobility processes, policies and strategy, including restructuring of mobility team, design of new policies, changes in mobility compensation and benefits, integration of talent management and associated change management.

• Quarterly reporting and presenting to HR leadership team on results driven KPIs (including cost management and client satisfaction).

• Managing escalations and process/policy exceptions and managing senior stakeholders in relation to strategic and compliance mobility issues.

• Managing third party vendors in relation to contracts worth millions of euros, including negotiation on contracts and fees.

• Project management for implementation (including product development, testing, shadow runs, stakeholder management, reporting) of mobility management software.

• Management of globally mobile population during company-wide reorganisation across a 2 year period.

• Developing relationships across borders with key stakeholders within HR, finance and business operations to promote newly formed employment taxes team (including regular travel to Europe and Asia).

• Providing technical and strategic advice on employment-tax related issues (tax, immigration, social security) to internal stakeholders.

• Assisting business leaders and HRBPs in strategic resource planning.

• Presenting regularly to key senior stakeholders including CFO on technical updates and strategic projects.

• Quarterly tax reporting for Group CEO and Group level board members.

• Providing subject matter expertise and supporting with project management on global HR projects, including but not limited to:

• Implementation of technology supported global compliance management process for 10.000 business travellers making 55.000 trips annually.

• RFP for global contract for employment tax compliance and consulting services worth over EUR 10m

• Managing third party vendors including fee negotiation.
