Hi, my name is Sascha.

🛠️ With over a decade of experience in organizational design, change management, and strategic alignment of teams, I am passionate about unlocking the potential of people and teams. As a certified Team Coach, Agile Coach, and Mental Trainer, I have guided countless teams and leaders to achieve their goals and drive sustainable change.

💼 My expertise ranges from the implementation and optimization of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to the development of agile structures that help companies operate flexibly and successfully in an ever-changing world. I am convinced that effective teamwork and clear strategic alignment are the foundations for top performance – in business as well as in sports.

🏑 In addition to my work as a management consultant, I am also active as a team manager, team coach, and mental coach for the German U16 men's national field hockey team. In this role, I create conditions that help players perform at their best even in critical moments and form an effective team from individual athletes. My work in elite sports has shown me the importance of mental resilience, clear communication, and a strong team structure – values that I also bring to my consulting work.
