Interim HR Manager – DIHAG Group (Walzengießerei Coswig GmbH & SHB Stahl- & Hartgusswerk GmbH)

As part of a group-wide transformation project, I am taking over operational and strategic HR support at two locations of the DIHAG Group. My focus is on standardizing HR processes, labor law support, and introducing new systems in payroll and time management.

I have developed and implemented efficient, cross-location HR processes along the employee lifecycle, built a digital personnel file structure, and negotiated central works agreements with the works council. I have handled the preparation and representation in labor law disputes in court.

In Coswig, I supported the introduction of SAP HCM (Time & Pay) on 01/01/2025 – from process definition and test runs to successful system migration. Until then, I was solely responsible for payroll accounting in SAGE there. In Leipzig (SHB), I continue to manage preparatory payroll accounting in Varial and time tracking via Miditec.

I act as the interface between HR, management, external service providers, and operational managers – solution-oriented, reliable, and with a high standard of quality.

In my role as Managing Director of WingCon GmbH, I undertake interim assignments in the HR and payroll sector for medium-sized companies – particularly in production. My focus is on operational personnel support throughout the entire employee life cycle and process optimization in payroll accounting. I design and implement HR strategies, handle preparatory or complete payroll processing – e.g., with SAGE or other accounting software – and support works agreements, business transfers, and restructuring measures. Additionally, I assist with the implementation of digital HR processes (time tracking, documentation, filing) and onboard new employees into existing systems. The goal of my assignments is to relieve specialist departments, stabilize structures, and ensure efficient, legally compliant HR processes.

As CEO of RESP GmbH & Co. KG, I built an e-commerce company from the ground up, specializing in the pan-European trade of own-brand and third-party goods via platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Kaufland. My responsibilities included the complete development of new products to market readiness, including performance marketing and SEO, the establishment of a scalable e-commerce infrastructure based on JTL, and the implementation of a complex EU accounting structure with OSS, EU warehousing, and shipments. Furthermore, I created business plans for successful KfW funding applications and was responsible for all commercial processes. My focus was always on growth strategy, process automation, and financial optimization in international online retail.
