As part of a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) project, I hold the position of project manager to guide the merger of 250 distinct entities into a single legal entity. In close liaison with the legal, HR, finance, and office management workstreams.

Schedule Management:

Development of a detailed operational calendar taking into account constraints and deadlines.

Monitoring and adjustment of the schedule according to project progress and unforeseen events.

Governance Implementation:

Establishment of decision-making structures and processes.

Definition of stakeholder roles and responsibilities.

Creation and management of necessary steering committees.

Recruitment Management and Coordination:

Identification of skill and personnel needs.

Close collaboration with HR teams to ensure rapid and efficient acquisition of necessary talent.

Monitoring of integration processes for new hires.

Supervision of the budget management team and cost tracking:

Establishment of the initial budget and financial forecasts.

Regular monitoring of expenses against the budget and adjustments if necessary.

Presentation of financial reports to stakeholders.

Coordination of France/UK at the Shared Financial Service Center (Finance SSC):

Ensure smooth communication between the financial teams of both countries.

Manage potential regulatory, fiscal, and operational differences.

Coordination of financial reports and accounting processes between the two regions.

Risk Management:

Identification and assessment of potential risks associated with the project.

Development of contingency plans and mitigation strategies.

Monitoring and updating of risks throughout the project.

As part of an IT system redesign project (microservices architecture) for the group in Europe:

- Collect and prioritize business needs by interacting with Business teams

- Management of the product backlog for the Customer stream: Front/Back/Infrastructure/Technical Architecture -Technical foundation-

- Project manager with the solution integrator (ForgeRock): Support for the installation and configuration of a CIAM: AM/IDM/DS

- Data integration via a Master Data Management System

- Define stream processes with design teams and POs from different streams (SAFe) within the framework of a New front project

Objective => MVP on a French site (Pichon) by November 2023

Support for the digital redesign and automation of internal processes and entrepreneur support journeys within the association: Sourcing, onboarding, pedagogical and operational monitoring, alumni network animation... at the national level.
