Responsibility for the entire recruiting process from candidate identification to successful filling of open positions. Active talent acquisition via LinkedIn and Clusterix through targeted direct approach of qualified candidates. Building and maintaining sustainable talent pipelines for filling current and future key positions. Conducting structured interviews to assess technical skills, professional experience, and cultural fit. Successful filling of an average of 3 positions per month through data-driven active sourcing and close collaboration with hiring managers.

Responsibility for end-to-end recruiting of specialist and management positions, including active sourcing, interview management, and onboarding. Development and implementation of targeted recruiting strategies for filling over 75 vacancies nationwide. Management of a candidate pipeline of over 200 applicants and conducting an average of 15 interviews per week. Close collaboration with hiring managers on requirements definition, candidate selection, and hiring decisions. Successful filling of an average of 3-4 positions per month through data-driven recruiting and targeted talent acquisition.

Conducting CV screenings, appointment management, and candidate communication within the scope of application management. Maintaining and managing applicant and employee data to ensure structured HR documentation. Creating and publishing job advertisements and supporting the recruiting process. Participating in operational personnel management, including personnel administration and master data maintenance. Active involvement in the introduction of Personio, including data migration, digitization of personnel files, creation of training materials, and user support.
