**Main Responsibilities**: Developing seasonal event strategies (including tapping into new markets), creating event budgets, leading negotiations with key corporate partners, analyzing financial results and applying them to ongoing planning, directly managing a team of three, overseeing 5 to 10 events happening every weekend across Europe, working with the marketing team to ensure a creative way of advertising our events.**Skills**: Meeting strict deadlines, high level of organization, interchangeable work in 4 languages, analytical thinking, quick and efficient application of new strategies, problem-solving mindset, clear communication between different departments.
