A company doesn't need more tools if it doesn't first understand how it works, where it gets stuck, what information is lost, and what people have to live with that system every day.

I help companies and professional teams organize processes, improve their internal operations, and implement useful solutions with **process automation, applied AI, operational improvement, and digital systems**. But always from a clear idea: **first, understand, then organize, and only then automate**.

I have spent years working practically with systems, processes, digital tools, and automation, combining analysis, continuous learning, and the development of solutions applied to real problems. I studied Law between 2009 and 2015, completing the Degree, the Master's for Access to the Legal Profession, and the State Exam with a passing grade. That training gave me an analytical foundation that I now apply to the daily operations of companies: understanding how information flows, where time is lost, and whytraceability, control, and data securityare part of the system, not an add-on.

Before proposing a solution, I need to understand the complete workflow: people, tools, strengths, frictions, and wear points. I don't believe in applying the same thing always, because each company works differently and each problem needs an adapted solution.

I work on the design of internal systems, automations, AI assistants, workflows, information organization, acquisition, follow-up, documentation, and operational control. I don't see technology as a layer to appear more modern, but as a tool to reduce noise, avoid duplication, gain traceability, and work with more control.

I believe that in this sector, it is necessary to humanize more than ever. To look beyond screens, flows, and systems. Because a solution works when it fits with those who will use it every day.
