Sara Ruffini

I talk fast, I edit faster, and somewhere along the way I also started building websites and apps with AI as my partner. It started almost by accident and now it's half of what I do.

I'm Sara, an Italian video editor and social media manager based in Copenhagen. Video editing is where I started: I like the rhythm of a good cut, the moment a story clicks into place. Social media came naturally after that, since it's just storytelling with deadlines.

The newer part is web development. I have a background in Digital Innovation Design and Figma, so I always understood structure and UI, but I never wrote code until AI made it possible to actually build things instead of just imagining them. Now I design and build real websites and apps, with AI handling a lot of the technical heavy lifting while I focus on the parts that need taste and judgment.

Right now I split my time between freelance video and social media work, including being the creative partner and social media manager for an Italian chef in Copenhagen, and my own development projects, where I get to be a little obsessive about details no one else will probably notice.

I'm not great at sitting still or doing things the standard way. If a workflow or a piece of content feels generic, I'll usually redo it until it stops feeling that way.
